Our photos of “Special” arrangements represent an overall theme or look and in some cases include one-of-a-kind containers which may not be easily replicated.

Our talented team of floral designers will match each arrangement represented. In some instances substitutions of flowers and/or containers happens as a result of weather, season and market conditions which may impact availability. If any of these conditions affects the arrangement you have selected, our team will ensure the style, theme and colors of your arrangement are preserved. We only substitute items of equal or higher value. If flower, color of arrangement or container are necessary to your satisfaction, please convey that information to our team member that takes your order.

Any changes to arrangements listed under “Specials” is not allowed. If you wish to place an order for a custom arrangement please take a look at the “Designers Choice” options for ideas of what arrangements we have done previously. If you are not knowledgeable about flowers and their names, please take a look at the flower guide at the bottom of this page.

Each of the arrangements listed under “Specials” has a name. Simply refer to the name when ordering and our team member will know which arrangement you are referring to. If you wish to have a custom arrangement made up, please let our team know you would like a custom arrangement and we will work to your specifications.”
