From traditional to contemporary, small and intimate to large and extravagant, personal visions for weddings, wedding receptions and trends vary greatly. One of the most important elements of your wedding is your floral décor. At J&K’s Four Seasons Floral & Greenhouse, our talented staff can help create floral arrangements for your ceremony and reception that will add to the elegance of your “Big Day.”

We promise we will take the time to listen to you regarding the vision you have for your wedding to make it a day you will look back on with fond memories. As professional designers we recommend at least one complimentary in person wedding consultation to gather information regarding your vision.

Things to keep in mind when scheduling your wedding consultation:

1. The scheduling of a wedding consultation is based on the activity of the shop. Please have a couple of possible dates to present so that we can best give you our undivided attention.
2. When choosing dates for your wedding consultation, we ask that you avoid peak times, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or other major holidays.
3. We appreciate your desire to plan the floral portion of your wedding, but walk-in consultations are strongly discouraged, and on-the-spot estimates will not be given.

On the day of your wedding consultation:

1. We ask that you have as much detailed information as possible.
2. Flower choices, color choices, dates for wedding/reception, style of wedding you envision, types of arrangements you desire are but a few of the details we will need to discuss during your wedding consultation.
3. Any pictures or illustrations you may have of arrangements are always a welcome tool for meeting your vision.
4. Additional consultations to gather information may incur additional costs.

Once we complete the complimentary wedding consultation, we ask that you allow us at least a week to resource your ideas, properly source your flower selections and create an estimate for you. Once all the details are worked out and the estimate agreed upon, we will then complete and sign a contract, accept your deposit and your date will be held. No dates will be held until a signed contract with deposit is received.
